Covid-19 Response

The health and safety of our staff and customers are of utmost important to us. As a result,

we are taking every necessary precaution to ensure our customer’s receive their cannabis and/or cannabis related product with minimal contact. Please understand that we do not guarantee that these precautions will prevent the spread of COVID-19 and although we’re trying our best to limit spread, risk of infection is still prevalent.

Here’s what we’re doing: 

Our staff has been provided with (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment including face masks and gloves to limit COVID-19 spread when delivering your products.

Upon request, we can leave your order door side to avoid any direct contact or possible direct exposure. We advise our customers to wear face masks when answering their doors for their deliveries if in direct contact with one of our drivers.

Our drivers and personnel have been directed to sanitize hands as often as possible to limit risk of spread.

Cannabis is still considered a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance in certain US States and possession, distribution and cultivation of cannabis is prohibited under US federal law. In addition, Cannabis is considered illegal in many countries worldwide. As an online distributor of marijuana, Weed King Halifax currently only sells to patrons residing within HRM, Nova Scotia, Canada. 

Please follow government regulations on where you can smoke and vape recreational cannabis (i.e. private residences, outdoor public places, designated smoking guest rooms, parked or anchored residential vehicles and boats, and controlled areas). 

Please note, you are only able to have a maximum of 30 grams (one ounce) of dried cannabis in public at any time. This is equivalent to: 5 grams of fresh cannabis, 15 grams of edible products, 70 grams of liquid product, 0.25 grams of liquid product. Any orders larger than one ounce can only be delivered to private residences. Please note that consuming recreational cannabis in enclosed workplaces remains illegal. As a result, we do not deliver to businesses/workplaces.
